Accountability
We provide our financial services under AFS Licence No. 401379 and are authorised and regulated by ASIC.
As a reporting entity we verify every client and monitor transactions under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth), reporting to AUSTRAC.
Our internal dispute resolution follows ASIC Regulatory Guide 271, and you can escalate to AFCA, our external dispute resolution scheme.
We hold professional indemnity insurance consistent with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and ASIC Regulatory Guide 126.
